Carla Spradlin serves as Associate Director of Catering and Conference Services at Mission Resort + Club, where she brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Since joining the resort in 2021, Carla has become a key leader, previously excelling as Conference Services Manager with a perfect client satisfaction record and a strong track record of driving repeat business through meaningful client relationships. Her background also includes leadership in front office operations, along with extensive experience in sales and guest engagement across major hospitality brands throughout Central Florida.
In her current role, Carla oversees the planning and execution of all catered events, including weddings, corporate meetings, and large-scale conferences. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, she works closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure every event is seamless, memorable, and reflective of the resort’s high standards.
