Carla Spradlin serves as Associate Director of Catering and Conference Services at Mission Resort + Club, where she brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Since joining the resort in 2021, Carla has become a key leader, previously excelling as Conference Services Manager with a perfect client satisfaction record and a strong track record of driving repeat business through meaningful client relationships. Her background also includes leadership in front office operations, along with extensive experience in sales and guest engagement across major hospitality brands throughout Central Florida.

In her current role, Carla oversees the planning and execution of all catered events, including weddings, corporate meetings, and large-scale conferences. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, she works closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure every event is seamless, memorable, and reflective of the resort’s high standards.

Miranda has been in the bridal industry for 13 years, creating unforgettable moments for couples has been the heart of Miranda’s career. Witnessing the transformation of a couple’s vision into reality has been incredibly rewarding. Miranda is passionate about turning dreams into extraordinary celebrations. Miranda’s world revolves around her loving family, who inspires her daily. Originally from the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Miranda grew up exploring the charm of New Orleans, where she embodied the phrase ‘Laissez les bon temps rouler!’ Her love for the arts led Miranda to pursue a degree in Musical Theatre, with a focus on art therapy. While Broadway called, her passion for weddings and events remained a constant. The Legends Courtyard at Mission Resort is Miranda’s personal oasis. It's like stepping into a secret garden. The Pavilion holds a special place in her heart as well, as it reminds Miranda of the Southern charm she grew up with. You can find Miranda either at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter on the weekends or at home curled up with a blanket, her kindle, and a warm cup of tea in hand.
